About insight
What is insight?
insight is the AI-operated student engagement platform of NEURO Business School. It bundles QR-based attendance, module materials, calendars, mentoring, careers and grades into a single mobile-first surface for every role at the school.
Is it a replacement for Moodle or Canvas?
Yes — for NBS students and faculty. insight covers everything an LMS does (materials, assignments, grading) plus the operational layer NBS specifically needs (attendance, payroll, admissions, NeuroCoin, partner perks).
Who can use it?
Accounts are provisioned by NBS. If you are an enrolled student, contracted faculty, registered mentor or NBS alumnus, you already have one. If you don't have access yet but think you should, email hello@eunbs.com.
Accounts & sign-in
I forgot my password.
Use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link. If your registered email is no longer accessible, contact the registrar at hello@eunbs.com with your NEURO ID code so we can verify your identity offline.
Can I change my email address?
Email changes go through NBS Admissions so we can keep your academic record correct. Open Profile → Edit → request change, or email the registrar.
Can I have more than one role?
Yes. NBS can promote an alum to faculty, or a student to alumni at graduation, while preserving the historical record. Each transition is logged in our audit trail.
How do I sign out of all devices?
Open Profile and choose "Sign out". On mobile, the same option lives at the bottom of the Profile tab. Changing your password from the web invalidates all existing mobile sessions.
Mobile app
Where do I get the app?
The native iOS and Android apps are in active beta. Until they reach the App Store, NBS staff and students can install the demo build via the link on /mobile.
Does the mobile app work offline?
Reading materials and viewing your calendar work offline once you've opened them. QR attendance and submitting assignments require an active connection.
Privacy & data
What data do you collect about me?
Identity, academic record, attendance, profile content, messages, and technical session data. The full list and the legal basis for each are in our Privacy Policy.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell or rent personal data to anyone, and we do not run third-party advertising on insight.
Where is the data stored?
On servers located in the European Economic Area, operated by data processors under signed GDPR agreements. Backups are encrypted at rest.
How do I delete my account?
Email dpo@eunbs.com with the subject "Erasure request" and a scan of an ID document. We delete what we can within one month while retaining records the law requires us to keep (e.g. your official transcript and financial records). See Privacy Policy §6 for full details.
Attendance, grades & payroll
How does QR attendance work?
Your professor displays a QR code that rotates every 10 seconds. You scan it from the Scan tab on the mobile app — you appear in the class roster instantly. Online students click "Join Zoom" instead; the join event counts as attendance.
Why does the professor also scan?
Dual-scan: the professor's scan confirms they actually taught the session. The class only counts toward their payroll if both sides are recorded, which protects everyone against accidental no-shows.
Can I see my own grades?
Yes — open Grades in the top nav (or "My grades" on mobile Profile). You see your GPA, per-module breakdown, and recent feedback. Only you and authorized NBS staff can see your grades.
Who can see my grades?
You, the professor who graded them, and authorized NBS academic staff. Other students never see your grades; other professors only see grades for courses they themselves teach.
